Order Processing
Orders ship within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday, excluding U.S. holidays). Once an order is placed, it cannot be edited or canceled.
Shipping
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx. Transit times typically range from 2–7 business days after shipment. Tracking is emailed once your order ships.
Warm-Weather Notice
During warm months, body butters may soften in transit. Please bring packages indoors promptly upon delivery. If melting occurs, allow the jar to return to room temperature or refrigerate briefly. Texture may change, but performance remains the same.
Incorrect Addresses
Returned packages due to incorrect addresses will be refunded minus shipping costs. Reshipments require a new shipping fee.
Lost or Missing Packages
If marked delivered but not received, check with neighbors and wait 48 hours. If still missing, contact strongsblessedbodybutter@gmail.com within 7 days.
Returns & Refunds
Due to the nature of personal care products, all sales are final once shipped, except for damaged or incorrect items reported within 7 days of delivery.
